Kyra and Joseph were married on a sunny, June day at The Farmhouse in Montgomery, Texas. Their summer wedding was full of special moments, beautiful florals, and meaningful details that honored beloved family members.
Kyra started the morning by spending some quiet time reading her bible and ended with a dance party with her girls before walking down the aisle. There was so much joy throughout the entire morning – a champagne toast, private vows between the bride and groom, a hilarious first look with her bridesmaids, and so many small moments that made you really the support and love around this union.
The ceremony took place in the stunning white chapel and Kyra walked down the aisle, arm in arm with her brother. As they took their first steps as husband and wife, the guests threw rose petals in the air for the new Mr. and Mrs. Clark and the bride and groom proceed to show off their new rings with their closest friends! See the photos below to get a glimpse of Joseph’s goofy and lovable personality. Once we finished all of the wedding party photos, the reception started with a delicious dinner under the floral covered chandeliers. The couple displayed their dance skills during their first dance and continued to party the night away with friends and family. One thing that stood out to me throughout the whole day was Kyra’s relationship with her mom and sister. It’s obvious that their bond is unbreakable and it’s something that I really admire. Towards the end of the reception, Kyra changed into a slip style dress and fuzzy house slippers for her final look of the evening (isn’t she the cutest?) and the newlyweds waved goodbye through the haze of sparklers.
Kyra and Joseph, thank you both so much for trusting me to capture your beautiful Texas summer wedding. Being there throughout the whole process, from engagement photos, to bridals, and finally on the wedding day, was an absolute honor. I had so much fun getting to know you and witness how well you love each other. You both are genuine, kind, and are always giggling and I can’t wait to see how you grow together in marriage. Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Clark! Wishing you all the best on life’s journey!
